Barham Holiday Park Rules

To help everybody enjoy their stay with us please take time to read our rules.

    • A speed limit of 10kph applies around the park.
    • Cars that do not fit on your site must be parked in the parking areas provided.  Please do not drive over other sites, use the roads.
    • Check out time is strictly 10.00am, check in time is 2.00pm
    • Linen is available for hire at the office.
    • All visitors must check in at the office.  You are responsible for your visitors.
    • All noise must cease by 11.00pm.  Offensive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
    • Children must be supervised at the pool at all times.
    • Office hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Saturday, Sunday 8.30am – 4.00pm
    • The coin operated laundry is to be left clean after use, change and laundry powder can be purchased at the office.
    • No fires outside of fire drums or without permission will be allowed and must be attended at all times.
    • All fees are to be paid on arrival
    • Clotheslines are provided for your washing, temporary lines are not permitted
    • Cars parked under trees are done so at own risk
    • Any pets must be ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.
    • A camp kitchen and recreation room is located near the pool.  Please keep tidy and turn lights off if you are the last there.
    • Our cabins are strictly non smoking
  • Sorry, refunds will not be given if you choose to end you stay early.

Cancellations/ Refunds Policy

    • EARLY DEPARTURES
      • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF AN OCCUPANT CHOSES TO VACATE THEIR SITE/CABIN PRIOR TO THE BOOKED DAY OF DEPARTURE.
    • PEAK PERIOD AND SHOULDER PERIODS
      • Deposits on reservations in peak and shoulder periods will only be refunded if the park is notified at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
    • OFF PEAK PERIODS
      • For any notification of cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee will apply, the balance of deposit will be refunded. If cancellation advised less than 14 days from date of arrival date, there will be no refund.
  • FAILURE TO NOTIFY OF CANCELLATION
    • If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

All refunds processed will incur a $30 administration fee:
Cancelled bookings are not transferable.

Any reservations through agents or other third parties may be subject to separate policies and you should check their conditions.
